In the prairies, we are known for our winters: frigid temps + tall snowbanks. What keeps us warm is our community — hearts here are as expansive as our skies.

 The conditions of a prairie winter can be especially hard on our bodies and minds. Psychologists have deemed the third week of January to be the most depressing time of year. SNOWFLAKE winter wellness festival — set in the midst of a prairie winter, in one of Winnipeg's most beautiful spaces— was created as an opportunity to infuse light + warmth into our communities' harshest season.

We invite you to create a little space in that fresh 2018 calendar to take in a cozy Sunday full of gentle yoga, meditation + creative workshops, rooted in self-care and delivered by some of the most inspiring yogis from across western Canada. Customize your itinerary based on your your intentions + practice.

 SNOWFLAKE's Mindful Market is hosting 35+ local creators, vendors + service providers on the Mezzanine Level of the Iconic Fort Garry Hotel from 10am to 5pm. The market is open to the public to peruse and explore.  Adult admission to the Mindful Market is $2, children under 12 and festival ticket holders receive free admission to the market.
